Return & Refund Policy

All our products, once sold, are non-returnable and refundable. We are make sure for every item before we sent out to customer is in good condition. We do not send out any faulty products to customer. However, errors may still occur, as such return and exchange will only be allowed for items with manufacturer’s defects. All returns must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order an be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and in the resellable condition. 


If goods are damaged during shipment, please save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will place a claim with the Courier Company. You may allow Courier Company representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. It may take time within 30 days.
